Edible Image Storage & Care
Edible images must be stored correctly to maintain their quality. Moisture, humidity, extreme dryness, or heat can all damage the icing sheet and make application difficult. Always store flat with the backing sheet facing down at room temperature, refrigeration is not necessary.
We recommend using your edible image sheets as soon as possible to prevent color fading. Please submit the highest quality image you can, as low-resolution images will produce low-quality prints. Colors may shift within the first 24 hours after printing.
Printing Policies
You must provide your own image to be printed — no exceptions.
PRICES
$9.99 or $12.99 for 1/4 sheet
$19.99 or $25.99 for 1/2 sheet
Final price will depend on size and ink usage per sheet
Print cutoff times are 5:40 PM on weekdays and 3:40 PM on Saturdays.
Images customized by our staff (including combining multiple images on one sheet) carry an additional $5.00 charge per sheet.
We are unable to edit or add text or writing to images.
Walk-in print requests may not always be completed the same day.
Scanned images will not retain the same quality as the original.
All images must be emailed to thecakesupplystore2023@gmail.com as an attachment jpg or png

Once you leave the store, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper storage, including ink fading or color changes due to image quality.
Staff are not required to share personal contact information for store-related services.

Una vez que el cliente abandona la tienda, no nos hacemos responsables por daños ocasionados por almacenamiento inadecuado, incluyendo decoloración o cambios de color por baja calidad de imagen.
El personal no está obligado a compartir sus números de contacto personales para ningún servicio de la tienda.
