Thank you for shopping at The Cake Supply Store. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Order Cancellations & Changes
As outlined in our Terms of Service, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing, no changes or cancellations can be made.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Food-Related Items & Packaging
Because we sell food-related and baking supply items, we take extra care in packaging to ensure products arrive safely and in good condition. However, once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee conditions during transit.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact info] with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes within 24 hours of order placement.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. This policy will be updated if international shipping becomes available.
